Hello food lovers welcome to my food episode I'm this moment I would like to chip in a little bit of chef procedures which I took few hours ago while making my breakfast. this happened to be a very fast food but not the indomitable type of food. this is a kind of food you can take for either breakfast lunch or dinner depending on the individual choices.

Yam with egg is a very good combination of food diet is concerned and the most likely you need to be very creative and also be very patient and making this kind of meal. It took me 30 minutes to make up these food diet. The White Yam is otherwise use as pounded yam and it great when fully prepared as that.

On this one I made the yam very delicious and so soft for consumption. The egg preparation too took me 15 minutes and guess what? It was so palatable and delicious to the core.

Food Ingredients Uses.

• Tomatoes
• Peppers
• Onions
• Salt
• Frying pan
• Egg
• Vegetable oil
• Gas cooker

This was the last product afterwards.
