I went to a very far assignment to be concluded in some weeks time realise worked along the local Street I saw this woman and her children friend beans cake for a living I went there and make fuel enquiries an hour this particular snacks or food is made in surplus. So I was told after they might have soaked the white beans. They will remove the back shell on the back of the cover of the beans then they will go for grinding after which they will stir it for 20 minutes and let it mix thoroughly together and start to distribute it into smaller section into the red oil frying pan.

This was the main beans cake frying process which will take nothing less than 20 minutes to make it totally fried. I waited for them to put it all the fire Inside the red oil frying pan. then they switch off the cooking gas immediately. The frying process proceeded.
