Hello Foodies Bee Hive community, today I bring you a recipe where I use the pandelaño maybe many do not know it but this is a fruit that is obtained here in my town, is obtained from a very large tree, usually the fruit is harvested throughout the year hence its name, its flavor is similar to the potato and with it you can prepare various dishes, today I present them combined with banana, a way to eat something different and nutritious, dare to try it.
Pandelaño.
Pandelaño and plantain tortilla recipe (10 tortilla chips).
Ingredients
2 ripe plantains
1 piece of pandelaño
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons of sugar (pandelaño and plantain when ripe are sweet)
1 egg
½ cup wheat flour
1 cup of water
salt
PREPARATION:.
Step 1 :
If the pandelaño is well ripe,remove the pulma and mash it,if it is still pinto it should be parboiled to mash it.Reserve the mixture.
Step 2
Mash the ripe plantains,or if you prefer you can parboil them first.
Step 3
Join the two mixtures,add water ,so that it is more liquid and can cook better if the ingredients are not parboiled,add ,the egg ,little by little the flour,sugar,vanilla and a mixture of salt.
Step 4
Spread on a previously greased pan,over low heat,its cooking is fast,turn over when browned .
Step 5
Serve buttered and stuffed with cheese or any other filling of your choice .

Hola comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive ,en el día de hoy les traigo una receta donde utilizo el pandelaño quizás muchos no lo conozcan pero este es un fruto que se obtiene aquí en mi pueblo, se obtiene de un árbol muy grande ,por lo general el fruto se cosecha todo el año de allí su nombre,su sabor es parecido a la papa y con el se pueden preparar diversos platos,hoy se los presento combinado con el plátano,una manera de comer algo diferente y nutritivo,atrévase a probarlo.
Pandelaño.
Receta de tortillas de pandelaño y plátano (10 tortillitas )
Ingredientes
2 plátanos maduros
1 pedazo de pandelaño
1 cucharadita de vainlla
2 cucharas de azúcar (el pandelaño y plátano cuando están maduros son dulces)
1 huevo
½ taza de harina de trigo
1 taza de agua
sal
PREPARACIÓN:
Paso 1 :
Si el pandelaño está bien maduro,se extrae la pulma y se tritura,si aun está pintón se debe sancochar para triturarlo.Se reserva la mezcla.
Paso 2
Se trituran los plátanos maduros,o si es de su preferencia los puede sancochar primero.
Paso 3
Se unen las dos mezclas,agregar agua ,para que esté mas liquida y pueda cocinarse mejor si no están sancochados los ingredientes,agregas ,el huevo ,poco a poco la harina,azúcar,vainilla y una mezcla de sal.
Paso 4
Extiendes sobre un sartén previamente engrasado,a fuego bajo,su cocción es rápida,voltee al dorarse .
Paso 5
Sirva untada con mantequilla y rellena de queso o cualquier otro relleno que desee .
