Como esta mi comunidad de hive?? Es un placer saludarles, ser parte de esta colmena es un honor.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un plato elegante, nutritivo y muy saludable.
Se trata de arroz con vegetales. Todos los vegetales son importantes para la salud ya que aportan las vitaminas requeridas por el organismo.
Comer sano es cuidarse, cuidarse es salud, salud es bienestar.

Como preparar este rico plato.

INGREDIENTES:

1/2 kilo de arroz.
2 zanahorias medianas.
2 papas.
1/4 de repollo.
1 pimenton rojo.
3 ajíes.
Cilantro españa.
Cebollin o cebolla en ramas.
Una papeleta de carmencita.
3 ml de salsa inglesa o de soya.
50 ml de aceite.
Sal al gusto.

Lo primero que debes hacer es lavar bien todos los vegetales. Luego quitas la piel de la zanahoria y las papas.

El repollo lo cortas en tiras y lo colocas en agua caliente durante 5 min.

Cortas el pimenton en tiritas delgadas. Las salchichas en rodajas, los ajíes, cilantro y cebollin en cuadritos pequeños.

Ahora calienta una sarten, agrega aceite, vas a sofreir todos los vegetales y las salchichas, excepto el repollo.

Agregas la salsa inglesa y sal al gusto.
Nota: al sofreir mover con suavidad para evitar que los vegetaless pierdan su textura. Ellos le dan la elegancia al plato.

Una vez sofrito, vas a dorar el arroz en una olla con un poquito de aceite. Luego le agregas el repollo, los vegetales y unes todo con movimientos suaves.

Muy bien ya unido todo agregas agua, carmencita y sal al gusto. Es importante que midas el arroz en una taza y por cada taza de arroz agregas 2 tazas de agua.

Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que cuando el arroz se esta secando debes bajar la llama y tapar para que termine de cocinar a fuego lento.

Ya listo, retiras del fuego dejas reposar unos minutos y a comer.
