Hola lindos amigos de esta comunidad hoy traigo una sopa dominguera muy rica, creo que en Venezuela es muy común hacer sopita los fines de semana, así que aquí traigo fotos de ello.

Hi nice friends of this community today I bring you a very tasty Sunday soup, I think that in Venezuela it is very common to make soup on weekends, so here I bring photos of it.

. 1 Gallina.
. 4 kilos de verduras: Ocumo chino y yancin, auyama (calabaza), topocho (plátano verde), yuca.
. Orégano, cilantro, culantro, perejil, cebollin, ají y mucho ajo.
. 2 cubitos maggie.

. Pimienta, comino y sal al gusto.
. 1 Hen .
. 4 kilos of vegetables: Ocumo chino and yancin, auyama (pumpkin), topocho (green plantain), yucca.
. Oregano, coriander, cilantro, cilantro, parsley, onion, chili and lots of garlic.
. 2 maggie cubes.
. Pepper, cumin and salt to taste.

Sofreimos los ajíes junto con el ajo y la gallina previamente picada en la olla donde se hará la sopa, agregamos agua con sal y esperamos que hierva, sazonamos con sal y pimienta gusto y agregamos las hortalizas y vegetales previamente lavados, pelados y picados (yuca, ocumo, auyama, etc), esperamos que estos se cocinen y se complementen, por último agregamos el resto de verduras (orégano, cilantro, perejil, etc) y seria cuestión se esperar a que todo se cocine.

Fry the chili peppers together with the garlic and the previously chopped chicken in the pot where the soup will be made, add salted water and wait for it to boil, season with salt and pepper to taste and add the previously washed, peeled and chopped vegetables (yucca, ocumo, auyama, etc), wait for them to cook and complement each other, finally add the rest of the vegetables (oregano, cilantro, parsley, etc) and wait for everything to cook.

Esta sopa en leña es deliciosa pues el sabor ahumado le da un toque especial y eleva platillo.

This wood-fired soup is delicious because the smoky flavor gives it a special touch and elevates the dish.
