Hoy te traigo una rica receta la cual te encantara, es una fruta muy deliciosa y como no preparar un flan de mango tan facil y rapido , para esas tardes de merienda espero que les gusten.

Today I bring you a delicious recipe which you will love, it is a very delicious fruit and how not to prepare a mango flan so easy and fast, for those afternoon snacks I hope you like them.

Materiales || Materials

Mango Maduro .
200g de azucar .
8 cucharadas de maizena.
1 taza de leche.

Ripe Mango .
200g sugar .
8 spoonfuls of cornstarch.
1 cup of milk.

Pasos a Seguir || Steps to follow

Paso 1: En el primer paso vamos a realizar nuestro caramelo solo usando azucar,dejamos cocinar a fuego muy bajo para que no se queme , y esperar que torne oscuro y ya tenemos listo nuestro caramelo.

Step 1: In the first step we are going to make our caramel using only sugar, let it cook over very low heat so that it does not burn, and wait for it to turn dark and we have our caramel ready.

Paso 2: Ya teniendo listo nuestro caramelo cortaremos revanadas de mango para darle un toque mas sabroso al momento de comer esta delicia esto lo puedes realizar si lo deseas .

Step 2: Once our caramel is ready, we will cut mango slices to give it a tastier touch when eating this delicacy. You can do this if you wish.

Paso 3: En un baso con agua vamos a mezclar nuestra leche azucar y maizena, luego vamos agregar en una licuadora mango y lo mencionado, licuaremos muy bien.

Step 3: In a bowl with water we are going to mix our milk, sugar and cornstarch, then we are going to add in a blender mango and the mentioned, we will blend very well.

Paso 4: A fuego bajo empezaremos a mezclar muy bien para que no se creen grumos y conseguir una mezla muy bien .

Step 4: On low heat we will start mixing very well so as not to create lumps and get a very good mixture.

Paso 5: Teniendo listo nuestra mezcla dejamos reposar un poco y listo para agregar, dejamos enfriar durante 3 horas y listo para comer.

Step 5: Having our mixture ready we let it rest a little and ready to add, let it cool for 3 hours and ready to eat.
