Torta de Chispas de Chocolate / Chocolate Chips Cake [ESP/ENG]

Hola querida comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, hoy vengo a compartir una Deliciosa Receta de Torta de Chispas de Chocolate super fácil, espero que les guste.

En primer lugar, quiero contarles que me compre una batidora eléctrica, fue una excelente inversión que quería hacer desde hace tiempo y por fin lo logre. Como saben siempre compartía mis recetas de tortas elaborando la mezcla base en la licuadora, y aunque quedan muy bien y es bastante practico, pude comprobar que con la batidora la masa de la torta queda más esponjosa.

Hablando de la torta, creo que es una de mis favoritas, aquí en Brasil la llaman Bolo Formiguero que en español seria: Torta Hormiguero, y es que las chispas de chocolate le dan la apariencia de que la masa está invadida por hormigas, en verdad es una torta muy sabrosa, además de bonita, perfecta para hacer un regalo, o simplemente disfrutarla junto a un café con la familia y amigos.

Esta es la receta:

Ingredientes:

3 huevos
2 tazas de azúcar
1 taza de mantequilla derretida
1 taza de leche liquida
3 tazas de harina de trigo leudante
Chispas de chocolate

Preparación:

En la Batidora coloque el azúcar y los huevos a batir, luego le agregue la mantequilla derretida y la leche, seguí batiendo y luego agregue la harina cernida, mezclando hasta que la harina este bien integrada, luego agregue las chispas de chocolate mezclando suavemente con una chuchara grande.

Pase la mezcla a un molde mediano, allí le agregue un poquito más de chispas de chocolate para decorar y luego la puse a hornear por 1 hora.

Cuando estuvo lista, la retire del horno y deje enfriar para luego desmoldar.

Así como esta es perfecta, tiene un aroma a chocolate muy rico, yo le hice una cobertura simple de chocolate derretido para apenas darle un toque más chocolatoso, pero en realidad no le hacía falta.

Además, cabe resaltar que hacer la mezcla de la torta con la batidora la hace mucho mas esponjosa y suave, supongo que es por que al mezclar los huevos con el azúcar en la batidora se forma una mezcla mas espumosa, aireada que le da esponjosidad a la masa. Un detalle importante que aprendí y que tomare en cuenta de ahora en adelante.

First of all, I want to tell you that I bought an electric mixer, it was an excellent investment that I wanted to make for a long time and I finally made it. As you know I always shared my cake recipes by making the base mix in the blender, and although they look very good and are quite practical, I could see that with the blender the cake mass is fluffier.

Speaking of the cake, I think it is one of my favorites, here in Brazil they call it Bolo Formiguero which in Spanish would be: Torta Hormiguero, and that is because the chocolate chips give it the appearance that the dough is invaded by ants, it is really a very tasty cake, besides being nice, perfect to make a gift, or simply enjoy it next to a coffee with family and friends.

This is the recipe:

Ingredients:

3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of melted butter
1 cup of liquid milk
3 cups of leavened wheat flour
Chocolate chips

Preparation:

In the Mixer put the sugar and the eggs to beat, then add the melted butter and the milk, continue beating and then add the sifted flour, mixing until the flour is well integrated, then add the chocolate chips mixing gently with a large spoon.

Transfer the mixture to a medium sized baking pan, there I added a little more chocolate chips to decorate and then I put it in the oven for 1 hour.

When it was ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool down and then unmold it.
Just as this one is perfect, it has a very rich chocolate aroma, I made a simple cover of melted chocolate to just give it a more chocolatey touch, but it really didn't need it.

Besides, it is worth mentioning that mixing the cake with the mixer makes it much fluffier and softer, I guess that is because when you mix the eggs with the sugar in the mixer it forms a more foamy, aerated mixture that gives the dough a spongy feel. An important detail that I learned and that I will take into account from now on.
