Hola querida comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, es un placer estar aquí una vez más para compartir una receta que endulzara a todo Hive, se trata de una sencilla pero deliciosa torta de chocolate, que además la serví acompañada de gelatina de cerezas. espero que les guste.

Esta es la receta:

Ingredientes:

4 huevos
2 tazas de azúcar
1 taza de mantequilla derretida
1 taza de leche liquida
1 taza de chocolate o cacao en polvo
3 tazas de harina de trigo leudante

Preparación:

  • Batir los huevos con el azúcar hasta que estén bien mezclados.
  • Agregar la mantequilla derretida y luego el Chocolate o cacao en polvo y seguir batiendo.
  • Agregamos la leche liquida alternando con la harina de trigo previamente cernida, mezclar todo hasta que no queden grumos.
  • Pasar la mezcla de la torta a un molde mediano, previamente engrasado y enharinado. Opcional: agregar chispas de chocolate por encima.
  • Llevar la torta al horno por aproximadamente 45 minutos a una hora.
  • Cuando esta lista sacar del horno y dejar enfriar antes de desmoldar.

¡Y eso es todo! Solo queda disfrutar de esta delicia.

Para empeorar este pecado, yo tenía un antojo de comer torta con gelatina, así que me preparé una gelatina de cereza y así fue como lo serví. Una verdadera delicia que me recordó a mi infancia cuando nos daban la torta con gelatina en las fiestas infantiles.

This is the recipe:

Ingredients:

4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 cup melted butter
1 cup liquid milk
1 cup chocolate or cocoa powder
3 cups leavened wheat flour

Preparation:

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar until well blended.
  • Add the melted butter and then the chocolate or cocoa powder and continue beating.
  • Add the liquid milk alternating with the previously sifted wheat flour, mix everything until there are no lumps.
  • Transfer the cake mixture to a medium mold, previously greased and floured. Optional: add chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake the cake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
  • When it is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool before unmolding.

And that's it! All that's left to do is to enjoy this deliciousness.

To make this sin worse, I had a craving for cake with jelly, so I prepared a cherry jelly and that's how I served it. A real treat that reminded me of my childhood when we used to get cake with jelly at children's parties.
