Ya hace varios días mi hija @keritroberts me invito a participar en esta iniciativa cuya creadora es @yolimarag la cual felicito por su ingenio y creatividad. Ella nos invita a que demos a conocer nuestras tres comidas favoritas. Me gusto unirme a este tag porque me encanta la comida y para mi es un placer compartir con ustedes lo que tanto me gusta hacer.
Algunos platos los preparo en casa porque me encanta cocinar y compartir con mis seres queridos.
Ahora bien, sin mas preámbulo, aquí les presento ¡Mis tres Comidas Favoritas!.

Several days ago my daughter @keritroberts invited me to participate in this initiative whose creator is @yolimarag, whom I congratulate for her ingenuity and creativity. She invites us to share our three favorite foods. I liked joining this tag because I love food and for me it is a pleasure to share with you what I like to do so much.
Some dishes I prepare at home because I love to cook and share with my loved ones.
Now, without further ado, here are my three favorite meals!

PASTICHO | LASAGNA

Como toda una Europea, me encanta la comida italiana y este es unos de mis platos favoritos El Pasticho. Este es muy fácil y práctico de preparar ya que se le pueden añadir los ingredientes que se desee, esto según el gusto de cada persona, en mi caso yo lo preparo con carne de res molida, carne de cochino molida, queso mozzarella, jamón, pimienta una salsa bechamel y salsa boloñesa.

As a European, I love Italian food and this is one of my favorite dishes, Pasticho. This is very easy and practical to prepare because you can add the ingredients you want, this according to the taste of each person, in my case I prepare it with ground beef, ground pork, mozzarella cheese, ham, pepper, bechamel sauce and bolognese sauce.

HAMBURGUESA | HAMBURGER

La Hamburguesa es una comida rápida y me gusta muchísimo por tener un alto valor contenido nutricional. Se puede preparar con una gran variedad de ingredientes, al gusto de cada persona. Las hay de pollo, carne de res, carne de cochino, con o sin vegetales y para darle un toque mas rico, aparte de las salsas tradicionales que se le echan: salsa de tomate, mayonesa y mostaza, se le agregan otras salsas como la salsa de ajo, de pimentón, tártara, entre otras.

The Hamburger is a fast food and I like it very much for having a high nutritional value. It can be prepared with a great variety of ingredients, according to each person's taste. There are chicken, beef, pork, with or without vegetables and to give it a richer touch, apart from the traditional sauces: ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard, you can add other sauces such as garlic sauce, paprika, tartar, among others.

HELADOS | ICE CREAM

Los Helados ¿a quién no le provoca?. Es un delicioso alimento que generalmente se elaboran a base de leche. Son mis favoritos sobre todo cuando voy de compras al centro comercial, casi siempre me compro una rica barquilla de ron con pasas y chocolate. Pero también los elaboro en casa en esos días que hace mucho calor y no se puede salir por la pandemia.

Ice cream, who doesn't love it? It is a delicious food that is usually made with milk. They are my favorite especially when I go shopping at the mall, I almost always buy a rich rum and chocolate raisin bar. But I also make them at home on those days when it's too hot and you can't go out because of the pandemic.
