Hola hivers y queridos amantes de la cocina el día de hoy les traigo una receta fácil de hacer y súper deliciosa que no querrán dejar de comer, es perfecta para cualquier ocasión y lo mejor de todo es que solo necesitamos 3 ingredientes 🤩 el día de hoy les traigo:

EMPANADITAS DE PLÁTANO

Es la combinación perfecta entre lo dulce del plátano y lo salado del queso 🤤 En lo partícular a mi me encanta por qué es algo super diferente y delicioso.

Hello hivers and dear kitchen lovers, today I bring you an easy to make and super delicious recipe that you will not want to stop eating, it is perfect for any occasion and the best of all is that we only need 3 ingredients 🤩 today I bring to you:

BANANA EMPANADITAS

It is the perfect combination between the sweetness of the banana and the salty of the cheese 🤤 In particular, I love why it is something super different and delicious.

Ingredientes:

  • 2 plátanos maduros
  • 1/2 taza de harina de maíz
  • Sal al gusto

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • Salt to taste

  • Lo primero que haremos es colocar a hervir los plátanos ya cortados hasta que estén suave, lo dejamos reposar y luego lo vamos triturando hasta conseguir un puré. Añadimos la harina de maíz, sal al gusto y amasamos bien para unir los ingredientes.

  • Luego procedemos a armar nuestras empanaditas con ayuda de papel envoplas o una bolsa, extendemos la masa y luego rellenamos con queso y con ayuda de un vaso le damos la forma. En un sartén con aceite bien caliente la cocinamos hasta que estén doradas por ambos lados. Salen como 15 empanaditas pequeñas, pero dependerá del tamaño que ustedes las hagan.
  • Then we proceed to assemble our empanaditas with the help of paper or a bag, we spread the dough and then we fill it with cheese and with the help of a glass we give it the shape. In a pan with hot oil, cook it until golden brown on both sides. They come out like 15 small patties, but it will depend on the size that you make them.

Yeeep, just need 3 ingredients and believe the taste is good. Usually, I filling it with grated coconut :)
