Hey friends today I am sharing South Indian style chicken.
Take chicken with or without bone whatever you like.
Merinate with curd salt red chilly powder turmeric chicken masala ginger garlic paste.
Let it rest for one or one and half hour.
Now take a pan. Pour some edible oil now put red chillies curry leaves onions paste green chilly paste and sauté it till the onions golden brown. Now add tomato puré and let the masala cook and now add merinated chicken in it. Cover the lid. Let it cook till chicken softens. In flame it when chicken cooked well if you like u can add water also . Now chicken is ready to eat. Garnish it with chopped green corriender leaves.
Now enjoy the chicken.

omg! I love Indian food! just by looking at it, I could imagine the different fragrances of the spices...it's making me hungry!

I bought a lot of Indian spices from the Indian store, I should cook this sometime.

Actually it’s colour is due to chicken masala otherwise it’s not very spicy.
