Days ago my neighbors gave me a beautiful pumpkin, to take advantage of it, today I will make a very delicious dessert "pumpkin pie and spices" ... I will accompany it with a good cup of coffee for a snack that I will have with some friends.

Hace dĆ­as mis vecinos me regalaron una hermosa calabaza, para aprovecharla , hoy harĆ© un postre muy delicioso ā€œ tarta de calabaza y especias ā€œ ... lo acompaƱarĆ© con una buena taza de cafĆ© para una merienda que tendrĆ© con unos amigos.

Para la base de la tarta:

ā€¢ 1 cup of flour.
ā€¢ 1 egg.
ā€¢ 1/4 cup of butter.
ā€¢ 3 spoonfuls of sugar.
ā€¢ 1/2 teaspoon salt.
ā€¢ 2 tablespoons of water.

ā€¢ 1 taza de harina.
ā€¢ 1 huevo.
ā€¢ 1/4 de taza de mantequilla.
ā€¢ 3 cucharadas de azĆŗcar.
ā€¢ 1/2 cucharadita de sal.
ā€¢ 2 cucharadas de agua.

ā€¢ 1 pinch of salt.

ā€¢ 1 leche condensada.
ā€¢ 2 yemas de huevo.
ā€¢ 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo.
ā€¢ Pulpa de calabaza previamente hervida.
ā€¢ Especias ( canela, jengibre y nuez moscada a gusto)
ā€¢ 1 pizca de sal.

seguidamente, aƱadimos la harina de trigo , sal especias y la pulpa de calabaza, batimos hasta lograr una mezcla homogƩnea.

Es hora de armar la tarta, agregando la mezcla de calabaza en la base de la tarta.

Debemos llevarla al horno por 25 minutos a 200C, hasta que la base de la tarta tome un leve color dorado.

Transcurrido el tiempo, retiramos del horno, dejamos enfriar y podemos degustar este delicioso postre... en esta ocasiĆ³n prepare un merengue montando dos claras de huevo con 1/2 taza de azĆŗcar y decorĆ© la tarta con pequeƱos suspiros de merengue...
