Jugando a Mini Master Chef [ESP/ING]


Saludos Hiver.

Quería contarles que la tarde de hoy Jeremías hizo el almuerzo. Nuestra comida favorita es la espagueti con carne molida, tajadas y queso.

Todos los días cuando hago el almuerzo el siempre me pide ayudarme, así que hoy le dije "cocinaras tu" .

Lo primero lavar bien los vegetales tomate, cebolla, pimentón, ají, ajo, cebollin, , cortarlos en trozos y procesarlos en la licuadora.


A continuación, sofreímos la carne con condimentos, le agregamos la salsa cruda, el oreganito verde (tiene mas sabor fresco que seco) y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento.

Colocamos el agua para el espagueti a hervir.

Y ahora vamos con el plátano frito, en Venezuela les decimos TAJADAS, cortamos el plátano en lonjas, las freímos hasta quedar doraditas e irresistibles... a ver cuanto aguantamos sin comerlas antes de servir el almuerzo.


Con el espagueti al dente, colamos y servimos el almuerzo, sobre el espagueti la salsa de carme, luego el queso rallado, y las deliciosas tajadas.


Ese fue el almuerzo de hoy, Jeremías disfruto comerse los ingredientes crudos (pimentón, hojitas de orégano y el espagueti).

I wanted to tell you that this afternoon Jeremiah made lunch. Our favorite food is spaghetti with ground meat, tajadas and cheese.

That was today's lunch, Jeremiah enjoyed eating the raw ingredients (paprika, oregano leaves and spaghetti).
