Hola Hivers, después de unos días de descanso, he regresado con mucho ánimo y energías, espero ustedes también hayan descansado.

Hoy quiero mostrarles una merienda que a veces le preparo a Jeremías, son deditos de queso, son muy parecidos a los tequeños, pero estos son de masa de harina de maíz.
El procedimiento es muy sencillo.
Ingredientes:
Harina de maíz 1 taza
Sal 1 cucharadita
Azúcar 2 cucharadas
Queso Blanco
Aceite para freír
Procedimiento:
Mezclamos la harina de maíz con la sal, el azúcar y agua de manera que quede una masa homogénea, suave y maleable. Luego le ponemos el queso blanco rayado y seguimos amasando para que se mezclen. Luego formamos con las manos palitos o deditos y los ponemos a freír. Dejamos que se doren bien y listo, a comer.

Aquí en Venezuela son famosos las Mandocas, es una receta muy parecida a los deditos de queso, solo que esta se prepara con agua de panela o papelón, plátano maduro y semillas de anís, las Mandocas son tradicionales del estado Zulia. Mis deditos de Queso le encantan a Jeremías.
