Ya ha pasado tiempo desde que mis amigos @maryed e @ilazramusic me invitaron a esta iniciativa, no crean que la había olvidado o que la notificación se había perdido. Solo que tenía algunos otros post pendientes, antes de sumarme a este. Así que tarde, peros seguro.

Hello Hivers! Happy day to all of you. Welcome to this space again. This time with a succulent post haha because I will talk about Food. It's been a while since my friends @maryed and @ilazramusic invited me to this initiative, don't think I had forgotten about it or that the notification was lost. I just had some other posts pending, before joining this one. So late, but sure.

Antes de contarles mis platos favoritos, que por cierto tres (3) me parecen muy pocos para hablar de todos los que me gustan, quiero decirles que la comida es mi pasión y más si es comida Italiana, esta es una de mis favoritas. Así que verán a continuación, 2 platos que me encantan y nacieron en Italia. Así que aquí se los presento:

Before I tell you my favorite dishes, which by the way three (3) seem too few to talk about all the ones I like, I want to tell you that food is my passion and even more if it is Italian food, this is one of my favorites. So you will see below, 2 dishes that I love and were born in Italy. So here I present them to you:

》 La P i z z a 《

Empecemos, por uno de mis platillos favoritos: La Pizza 🍕, quizás puede que este sea un gusto muy común entre las personas, sin embargo, pienso que es exquisita, y que se pueden combinar muchos sabores en ella. Como por ejemplo, el tomate (que es una de mis verduras favoritas), el pimentón, champiñones, maíz, salami, la tan amada y odiada piña🍍 (una de mis pizzas favoritas), entre otros según los gustos de cada quien. Además, se le puede colocar orégano y aceite de oliva para darle un toque especial.

Let's start with one of my favorite dishes: Pizza 🍕, maybe this may be a very common taste among people, however, I think it is exquisite, and you can combine many flavors in it. For example, tomato (which is one of my favorite vegetables), paprika, mushrooms, corn, salami, the so loved and hated pineapple🍍 (one of my favorite pizzas), among others according to each person's taste. In addition, you can add oregano and olive oil to give it a special touch.

Si me quieren alegrar el día, Invítenme a Comer Pasticho (Lasaña) . Seguimos con otro platillo italiano. Lo común de estos platos es que llevan trigo, en su harina, así que NO es Apto para Celiacos🚫. El pasticho tradicional italiano lleva como proteína la carne de res molida, sin embargo, este también se puede realizar con pollo, carne de cerdo molida o la combinación de 2 de estas, como la de carne de res y de cerdo. Con esta combinación lo preparan en mi casa y esta es mi favorita. Así que pueden anotar esto jaja🤣.

If you want to make my day, invite me to eat Pasticho (Lasagna) . We continue with another Italian dish. The common thing about these dishes is that they have wheat, in its flour, so NOT Suitable for Celiacs🚫. The traditional Italian pasticho has ground beef as protein, however, this can also be made with chicken, ground pork or the combination of 2 of these, such as beef and pork. With this combination they prepare it in my house and this is my favorite. So you can write this down haha🤣.

No podía finalizar mi publicación, sin antes contarles sobre mis platos dulces favoritos. Me encantan los postres, en este caso uno de mis favoritos es el Cheese Cake de Fresa 🍓. Porque tiene su parte crocante en la galleta de base y su parte suave. Esta combinación es la ideal para mí, ya que me encantan los postres crocantes.

I couldn't end my post, without first telling you about my favorite sweet dishes. I love desserts, in this case one of my favorites is the Strawberry Cheese Cake 🍓. Because it has its crunchy part in the base cookie and its soft part. This combination is just right for me, as I love crunchy desserts.

A mi también me gusta preparar postres, hace unos días hice por primera vez un quesillo de coco y me quedo ¡Buenísimo! 🌴, así que pronto me animaré a hacer un cheese cake, ya que todos los he comido los he comprado.

I also like to prepare desserts, a few days ago I made for the first time a coconut quesillo and it turned out Good! 🌴, so soon I will dare to make a cheese cake, since I've eaten all of them I've bought.
