Hello food lovers, If I'm not mistaken this my second or third time posting in this kewl community.

These delights were a bit overdue yet the year has not ended so I guess we are still on time to share the delicious food my beloved mother prepared for Christmas.

Let us waste no time and let's see what we got on Christmas' night!

First let's water our mouths with this delicious chicken salad. We used some pieces of potatoes, carrots, and crumbled chicken with just a bit of mayo.

Behold the traditional "pan de jamón" properly baked and combined with raisins, olives, and jam.

For dessert we had a very tasty apple pie. My mom used sugar, milk, a bit of cinnamon and green apples.

This is the whole plate. That rectangular yellow piece of mass you see there, is the traditional "hallaca" an unmissable dish Venezuelans prepare for Christmas. You should try one, they are, and I'm not overreacting, a mouth orgasm!

This is the whole table with Al the food just in place. Isn't it gorgeous?

This the slice I got. This apple pie is so good! I still feel the taste in my mouth.

And last but not least, a picture of my beautiful mother sharing a piece with our dog "perris". I LOVE you mom!
