Food On Mom's Birthday

Hello food lovers! (Who doesn't LOVE good?) I Guess this is my officially official, first foodie post relates to one of the delights we taste the most which is none than oher FOOD!

Today I decided to share some delights my mother has the pleasure to enjoy on her birthday a few weeks ago.

These lovely snacks filled with garlic porro, gave the "Party" a good taste!

Toasted bread filled with butter is unmissable, more when you have some exquisite salsas to paint them on!

Behold the full plate. On It you can find some Guasacaca which is some sort of avocado sauce, and alfalfa sauce, alongside a exquisite beet cream.

We also had the pleasure to enjoy this delicious pineapple cake!
