I made a delicious home made fried plantain.plantain are closely related to bananas and they cannot be eaten raw, they are usually green (unripe) and yellow (ripe) it can either be cooked or fried depending on how you will love to have it.

I really love eating fried plantain cause of its delicious taste and sweet aroma.

Ingredients that I used to make my fried plantain

• Sliced plantain
• Oil
• And a very small pinch of salt.

How I prepare my fried plantain.

When preparing it I add a little pinch of salt and then deep fry it until it turns golden brown. Which results in a sweet brown delicacy. While I was young it was a delicacy which my mom normally prepare for us and now that am a grown up it still a delicious part of my dish.

I most times have my fried plantain with rice and stew but some times I have it alone and in which ever case the taste still remains intact.
Every one have a way they prefare their delicious fried plantain be served and in which ever case it taste just seem to be the same or even better. You can also give a try making it and am sure you will love it.
