Oatmeal Raisin Pecan Cookies
A lot of people love chocolate chip cookies. I love chocolate but not chocolate chip cookies. My favorite cookies are oatmeal raisin pecan cookies.
Whenever I want a cookie, I make some. I don’t typically buy cookies because they are not as good as homemade. The recipe that I used for these cookies came from Allrecipes.
I modified it to add as many raisins and pecans that I wanted because it doesn’t affect the outcome.

I also sometimes use half vegetable shortening and half butter if I want a crispier cookie. I didn’t do it this time because I was out of vegetable shortening.
The cookies are baked at 375°F on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Bon appétit!
