Hello creatives from the Hive kitchen.

The sweets are a pleasure, a delicious morsel of sugar that melts in the mouth... It takes me back in time.

Since I was a child, I watched my grandmother spoil the family with her sweet hands....

She made a lot of desserts and savory dishes in the kitchen. But desserts are what I make the best of her.

A sweet morsel to fall in love with.

As its name says, it turns to dust once it is in your mouth.
This traditional Venezuelan cookie has its origin in Spain, but when it arrived in Venezuela during the Colonial era. The cooks made it the queen of children's parties, the most famous and remembered treat.
This cookie takes me back to my childhood, when I used to help my grandmother bake them.

I have made them on other occasions, but this time I feel they turned out fabulous.

Here are the ingredients and preparation so that you can make them and if it is with the kids, even better, they will surely enjoy them.

*Ingredients

200g of vegetable shortening
200 grams of sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Cream the butter, until it becomes very soft.

One cup is enough so that it is not too sweet.

**Add to the dough.

Divide the dough into three parts and add cocoa, peanuts and the last traditional.

My mom always accompanies me in my inventions at home, and helps me a lot, especially when it comes to cleaning and washing the implements.

**Procedures

Mix all the ingredients together until a consistent dough is formed.

Make small balls of the desired size. I made them small, so I get more and they are more enjoyable.

I decorated them with mami and others with chocolate rain.

Finally I put them in the oven for 20 minutes, be careful not to overdo it so they are not too hard.

I take them out of the oven and I get some nice powdery ones. They were delicious. I want to eat them all....

Hola creativos de la cocina de Hive.

Los dulce son un placer, un delicioso bocado de azucar que se deshace en la boca... Me lleva al recuerdo.

Desde muy niña, vi a mi abuela consentir a la familia con su dulces manos...

Ella realizaba en la cocina cantidad de postres y platos salados. Pero los postres es lo que de ella hago mejor.

Un dulce bocado que enamora.

Las Polvorosas

Como su nombre lo dice, se vuelve polvo una vez esta en la boca.
Esta galleta tradicional de Venezuela, tiene su origen en España, sin embargo al llegar a Venezuela en la época de Colonial. Las cocineras la hicieron la reina de las fiestas infantiles, la golosina mas famoso y recordada.
Esta galleta me lleva a mi infancia, cuando ayudaba a la abuela a hornearlas.

Le he hecho en otras oportunidades, sin embargó en esta ocasión siento que me quedaron fabulosas.

Aqui los ingredientes y preparación para que te animes a elaborarlas y si es con los niños mucho mejor, de seguro lo disfrutarán.

Ingredientes

200g de manteca vegetal
200gramos de azucar
1 cucharada de canela
Y toda tu creatividad

Creme la manteca, hasta que quedar muy suave.

Una taza es suficiente para que no quede muy dulce.

La canela le da un sabor y color especial.

La harina cernida y agregada poco a poco.

Adicione a la masa

Dividí la mása en tres partes y adicione a una cacao, otra mani y la ultima tradicional.

Mi mamá siempre me acompaña en mis inventos en casa, y me ayuda un montón, sobre todo a la hora de limpiar y lavar los implementos.

Procedimientos

Unir todos los ingredientes, hasta lograr una masa consistente.

Realizar bolitas del tamaño deseado. Yo las hice pequeñas, asi me salen mas y se disfrutan.

Las decore con mami y otras con lluvia de chocolate.

Por ultimo las llevo al horno por 20min, hay que estar atentos de no pasarse de tiempo para que no queden duras.

Las saco del horno y logro unas lindas polvorosas. Que quedaron ricas. Me las quiero comer todas....
