It's a tough time to be a small business. COVID19 regulations are putting a serious damper on the restaurant industry. I've been trying my best to support the local gems to help keep them afloat. Over the holiday week I discovered a hidden gem called The Italian Corner Deli by Massimo. Here they serve up delicious Italian lunch specials, sandwiches, pizza, imports and more. I ordered a slice of Bacon, Egg & Cheese breakfast pizza. It was a phenomenal take on breakfast pizza as you can see in the photo. The slice was huge and it was covered with bacon and eggs, held together with cheese. Overall it was an amazing slice. I look forward to going back for more!
