It's a tough time to be a small business. COVID19 regulations are putting a serious damper on the restaurant industry. I've been trying my best to support the local gems to help keep them afloat. A few months back, @nicollefiallo and I went to Cibus Dos for some Latin fusion cuisine.
I ordered the Bandeja Paisa as seen in the photo above. It consisted of grilled steak, chorizo, chicharron, fried egg, sweet plantain, avocado, white rice, and red beans. Overall, it's a delicious platter of foods that left me full and satisfied.
