It's a tough time to be a small business. COVID19 regulations are putting a serious damper on the restaurant industry. I've been trying my best to support the local gems to help keep them afloat. On the morning of New Year's Eve I ordered a delicious bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich topped with avocado and a hashbrown on a bacon asiago bagel from J Bagel's in Trumbull, Connecticut. It was loaded as you can see in the photo above, and it was just as delicious as it looks! I look forward to trying more from J Bagel's in the future.
