There's not much better than a delicious, loaded lobster roll on a hot summer day. Over the summer @nicollefiallo and I stopped at The Lazy Lobster in Milford, Connecticut to grab lunch. We both ordered Lazy Lobster rolls. They consists of succulent lobster meat piled high on a fresh baked and buttered baguette-style roll. I managed to take this photo before devouring the whole thing in what seemed like seconds. I try my best to cherish these beauties, but it's almost impossible not to shove it down my face as fast as I can.

It’s one of my favorites but there are a few different species. Maine Lobster is the best :)
