¡Haz tu propio helado de galleta! / Make your own cookie ice cream! [ESP/ENG]

Saludos Comunidad Foodies Bee Hive!!, me paso por aquí para compartir con vosotros una mini receta de helados caseros que hice hace poco. Son unos helados de galleta de coco súper cremosos y deliciosos.

La idea surgió de las ganas que tenía de comer helado, y es que siempre que salía a algún sitio tenía la libertad de comprar un helado de vez en cuando, pero por la pandemia no me atrevo a comer nada en la calle, así que pensé "¿Y si hago un helado?" y me puse manos a la obra con los ingredientes que tenía a mano.

Vi que tenía leche de coco y galletas de coco, recordé que hay una receta de helado de galletas maría muy popular y buena, así que supuse que, si los hacía con galletas de coco también estarían ricos, y así fue.

Los ingredientes que utilicé:

½ litro de leche líquida

½ paquete de galletas de coco

3 cucharadas de azúcar moreno

Preparación:

Puse la leche en la licuadora y luego las galletas de coco y comencé a licuar hasta que las galletas estuvieran bien trituradas y todo estuviera bien mezclado.

Comprobé que la mezcla ya estaba dulce y pensé que podía añadir azúcar, así que añadí 3 cucharadas y volví a batir.

Vertí la mezcla en vasos de plástico individuales, suficientes para cinco helados. Lo llevé al congelador y en 3 horas estaban listos. Súper cremosos y con un delicioso sabor a coco.

Siempre digo que no sé nada de cocina, pero a veces me toca inventar algo para merendar y esto salió súper bien así que os animo a hacer vuestros propios helados en casa, porque son fáciles de hacer y no se necesitan muchos ingredientes.

Greetings Foodies Bee Hive Community, I'm coming over here to share with you a mini recipe for homemade ice cream that I made recently. These are super creamy and delicious coconut cookie ice creams.

The idea came from the desire I had to eat ice cream, and is that whenever I went out somewhere I had the freedom to buy an ice cream from time to time, but because of the pandemic I dare not eat anything on the street, so I thought "What if I make some ice cream?" and I got down to work with the ingredients I had on hand.

I saw that I had coconut milk and coconut cookies, I remembered that there is a recipe for very popular and good maria cookie ice cream, so I figured that, if I made them with coconut cookies they would also be tasty, and so it was.

The ingredients I used:

½ liter of liquid milk

½ package of coconut cookies

3 tablespoons of brown sugar

Preparation:

I put the milk in the blender and then the coconut cookies and started blending until the cookies were well crushed and everything was well blended.

I checked if the mixture was already sweet, and I thought I could add sugar so I added 3 tablespoons and blended again.

I poured the mixture into individual plastic cups, enough for five ice cream sundaes. I took it to the freezer and in 3 hours they were ready. Super creamy and with a delicious coconut flavor.

I always say that I know nothing about cooking, but sometimes I get to invent something to snack and this came out super well so I encourage you to make your own ice cream at home, because they are easy to make and you don't need many ingredients.
