Hello friends, glad to be back to write in your community, this time I will write about my favorite food of all, my husband and I make it together since we have this in common, we both love it, and now we are joined by a new pizza love, our little son Robert.
Pizza Pequeña Lista/Lista Small Pizza.
First we must start with the pizza dough, it is very easy to make and it is one of the most searched recipes on the Internet, so I am going to provide you with my recipe.
This easy pizza dough recipe goes with yeast, but you can perfectly find some recipes for unleavened pizza dough where it will be crispier. This dough is fluffier and I like it much better.
This recipe is to make 2 family pizzas and 1 small one, that is to say that you can make it on a Sunday or any time of family reunion.
Pizza Familiar/Family Pizza.
- 1 Kg of all-purpose flour.
- 15 gr. of yeast.
- 600 ml of lukewarm water "It is important that it is lukewarm, not hot or cold, so that the yeast is activated with the sugar".
- 2 spoonfuls of sugar.
- 50 ml of oil.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
Ahora MANOS A LA OBRA./
Now HANDS TO WORK.
Ingredientes para decorar/Ingredients for decoration.
Paso a paso/Step by step.
We start by placing warm water in a cup and add the yeast with the sugar, so that it mixes and activates the yeast, while waiting for that to happen in a bowl add the flour, oil, water and then the water with the yeast already mixed and the pinch of salt.
We start the mixing, we must use our hands and this makes the process easier, then the kneading begins. We put some flour on the worktop and we will have to knead for 5 to 6 minutes without stopping. We will see that we have finished when the dough is completely smooth, if it sticks too much we put a little flour and continue until it is smooth.
Now once ready, we let it rest for about 1 hour.
While we are waiting we make our sauce, this time we wash the tomatoes, chop them and put them in a pot with a pinch of salt, oregano, pepper to taste and garlic, we should not put water, the tomatoes themselves pour their juice, I recommend stirring so that it does not stick, when it is thick and well dissolved, turn off and let stand.
After letting the dough rest we will notice that it rises, divide it in equal parts and stretch it and place it in the mold. My secret is to make little holes in the dough with a fork so that it absorbs all the sauce and remains juicy, decorate it with the food of your preference, and GOOD TASTE dear friends.
