Llevamos al fuego el aceite y cuando esté caliente añadimos 4 cucharadas de azúcar cuando esté dorada la azúcar colocamos la carne tallos de perejil orégano y la dejamos dorar por todos lados , ya dorada toda la carne procedemos a agregar el ajo triturado, cebollín, tomate, sal , pimienta y dos tazas de agua , dejamos cocinar hasta que la carne esté blanda y en este momento le añadimos las zanahorias y hojas de perejil finamente picado seguir cocinando hasta que las zanahorias estén cocidas, he servido esta deliciosa carne con unos vermicelli, queda blanda y con un exquisito sabor , espero hayas disfrutado de esta receta y que podamos seguir compartiendo deliciosas preparaciones en una próxima publicación
