The first thing I did was to salt and pepper the chicken, then I added the peppers, crushed garlic, dried oregano, basil, finely chopped herbs and oil, practically put all the ingredients except the cheese, I have taken this preparation has a little high fire about ten minutes, then I have put it on medium heat by placing a glass of water and cover it until the chicken is cooked and the sauce is ready, Meanwhile I cook my vermicelli in salted water until they are just right, remember to correct the salt point before serving, and add some cheese when you serve your food, you can also put half a spoonful of butter on your vermicelli so they get more creamy

Lo primero que hice fue salpimentar el pollo, luego le añadí los ajíes , ajo triturado, orégano seco , albahaca, hierbas finamente picadas y aceite , prácticamente coloque todos los ingredientes menos el queso, he llevado esta preparación ha fuego un poco alto unos diez minutos, luego lo he puesto en fuego medio colocándole un vaso de agua y tapándolo hasta que le pollo este cocido y la salsa este lista , mientras tanto cocino mis vermicelli en agua con sal hasta que estén en su punto recuerda corregir el punto de sal antes de servir, y agregar un poco de queso cuando sirvas tu comida, también puedes colocarle media cucharada de mantequilla a tus vermicelli así quedaran mas cremosos
