Hola queridos amigos, mientras leía algunas publicaciones en #Hive me encontré con una que tenía un tema que me encanta, es una iniciativa que tiene algunas semanas pero a pesar del tiempo de su publicación yo no puedo dejar de unirme porque me fascina el tema que escogió nuestra compañera @canelarecetas , el tema es sobre tus tres meriendas preferidas y como me encanta la hora de la merienda es un ideal momento para conversar un poco lo que me gusta comer a la hora de un delicioso bocadillo dulce

Comenzamos con las famosísimas galletas! Adoro comer galletas de todo tipo mis favoritas son las de chocolate, aunque generalmente las galletas suelen ser crujientes y duritas a mi me encantan cuando son suaves y no dejo de comerlas hasta acabarlas por completo, pareciera una adicción sobretodo si le agregan chispas de chocolate

Las tortas de vainilla combinadas con chocolate y trufas me fascina, es muy común esta merienda estupenda en mi casa, suelo hornear torta de vainilla o limón y le agrego chocolate líquido, esto de verdad me encanta y un detalle de esta preparación es que cuando la guardo en la nevera suele ponerse más sabrosa un día después de elaborada, si hay algo que nunca falta en mi casa es cacao y leche condensada para hacer una deliciosa salsa de chocolate rápida para untar grandes porciones de torta

Muchas son las meriendas que me hacen sentir feliz, pero debo resaltar una muy tradicional que es el pan dulce, pan dulce relleno de chocolate o las bombas rellenas de crema pastelera o arequipe; estos dulces presentes en casi todas las panaderías han sido la merienda tradicional de muchos, y también para mi cuando no tengo tiempo de hornear o no poseo los ingredientes completos para darme ese gusto, paso por la panadería y compro alguno de estos panes dulces tan necesarios para mi en las tardes acompañado de un exquisito café gourmet que no me puede faltar porque si no lo tengo entro en crisis, yo adoro tomarme mi cafecito por la tarde y solo pensar que no tengo café me desespero, estas meriendas son mis favoritas y supongo que también de muchas personas más, he disfrutado mucho de esta publicación porque cuando hablo de dulces soy muy feliz, por eso no podía pasar por alto esta iniciativa tan creativa y atractiva para todos los amantes de las meriendas ya sean dulces o saladas!
