weather demand || vuna khichuri

It was raining a lot this morning and I thought I would do some roasted khichuri today.There was some chicken meat in the fridge, I thought I would mix it with these today.I will share that with you today.

First I washed the meat well, added all the spices and started cooking the meat and on one side I washed the rice and when the meat was about two-thirds, I gave it to the rice.Then I was cooking covered and taking it out one after the other because I was afraid to put it down as it would make the roasted khichuri a little softer so I had to open the lid every now and then.

Then when the khichuri was done, I added a little ghee and a little hot spice cumin powder on top of the hot khichuri and it became my roasted khichuri.I made a salad to eat it which I have shown in the picture I hope everyone will like it.

Only those who eat khichuri will understand what is delicious to eat on this rainy day and those who have not eaten it will definitely try to make khichuri.If there is a salad and lemon with it, then there is no question.I learned this khichuri from my cooking aunt when I was in the hostel. She used to cook very well.
