Pisto al microondas / Ratatouille in the microwave
Hola, saludos a toda la comunidad. Hacía bastante tiempo que no posteaba aquí y que no hacía pisto. Así que hoy era un buen momento para hacer las dos cosas. El pisto es una comida muy popular en todo el mundo ya que es un guiso de verduras. Para el pisto de hoy hemos utilizado estas verduras: tomates, pimiento rojo, pimiento verde, cebolla y berenjena.
Hello, greetings to the whole community. It's been quite a while since I posted here and I haven't made ratatouille. So today was a good time to do both. Ratatouille is a very popular food all over the world as it is a vegetable stew. For today's ratatouille we used these vegetables: tomatoes, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion and eggplant.
En casa lo hacemos al microondas. Se hace más rápido y gasta menos luz que el horno eléctrico. Aunque lo mejor para mi gusto es hacerlo con un horno de leña. Se ponen las verduras, después de lavarlas, en una fuente y la ponemos en el microondas a 750W de potencia durante 20 minutos. Pasado ese tiempo ya están hechas las verduras.
At home we make it in the microwave. It is faster and uses less electricity than the electric oven. Although the best for my taste is to do it with a wood oven. Put the vegetables, after washing them, in a dish and put it in the microwave at 750W of power for 20 minutes. After that time the vegetables are done.
Ahora le quitamos la piel y troceamos en tiras todas las verduras. Ponemos sal, orégano y aceite. Listo para comer.

Este ha sido el menú de hoy. Tortilla de patata, ensalada y pisto. Como ha sobrado pisto, mañana con unas tostadas de pan estará buenísimo 🙂
