The Joy of the Festival is in the Sweet National Food
Hello Friends,
Good Afternoon all!
The joy of the festival is in the sweet national food, it is not necessary to say it to the Bengalis, because we are always a little more aware of this. To us, festival means the opportunity to enjoy a little extra pleasure and sweet national food is the right way to make the best use of that opportunity. Our main attraction in any festival is the sweet national food.
In fact, sweet foods play a vital role in our enjoyment. Moreover, on the day of origin, we prepare a variety of traditional local dishes, most of which are sweet national items. Honestly this is one of our traditions, which is why we can’t imagine festivals without all these foods. You can easily say that sweet national food is one of the festivals and traditions of our country.
However, this Eid festival I have completed in the village house. Since the lockdown was effective in a limited range, this time I bought the sweet item from the village home area, but honestly those sweets were more nice than in the city. In today's review I will share with you some scenes from that day.
I actually try to find a sweet shop first when I get to the bus stand, because the festival would not be complete without sweets, so I bought two kilos of sweets before going home. Although the shop was not very big but its location was next to the bus stand. I have seen many people take sweets from there, so I buy sweets from there myself.
There were a lot of sweet treats, but my favorite was the white sweets. In our country we call them rasgolla, they have a lot of juice in them and they are very nice to eat. These are more old and traditional sweets, which is why they are so popular.
But I didn’t just buy rasgolla, because I had something else to do in my head. Since it is the Eid of Sacrifice, there will be an opportunity to eat a little more meat, Although I don't like much meat, but I still buy one kg of yogurt. Because it works well for digestion.
However, the price of sweets and yogurt was much lower than in the city, which is a good thing. Because the cost is a bit less than the cost of going from village to village, so the price is a bit less. But the quality of sweets and yogurt was good enough.
