Lachchi- Enjoying the Traditional Drink

Towards the end of the month of Ramadan, the biggest festival Eid is coming. After fasting for a whole month, everyone will join in the celebration of Eid. But the problem is corona virus and lockdown. In fact, there will be problems and obstacles in our lives, but neither life nor festival will stop. Rather you have to enjoy everything in harmony with the times.

Ignoring the lockdown, we are trying to do some shopping so that we can enjoy the Eid festival at least a little bit. Since now the time is summer and the weather is a bit hot. So it is very difficult to shop now due to lockdown and heat. But still we are trying to adapt to the environment. I feel a little weak while shopping today due to the hot weather.

But in order to keep myself in this case, I prefer ‘lachchi’. It is a popular drink in our country. This is made from a combination of sugar, yogurt, ice and other ingredients.

Excessive heat causes our body to feel weak almost all the time. But in order to overcome this weakness and in the hope of gaining temporary peace, we drink a variety of beverages, although instantly we enjoy all these beverages. But in fact these are harmful to our body. On the other hand, ‘lachchi’ is very beneficial for our body.

The most popular drink in our city at this time is 'Lachchi'. Although now people from all parts of the country like lachchi. Because one of the main ingredients of this is yogurt, and this yogurt does not wait to say how useful it is for us, but we all know that yogurt benefits our body in many ways.

However, the store is located in front of the Capital Shopping Center. In fact, there are many food stalls in front of the capital supermarket, all of which have Lachchi and Fuchka, two common and local traditional dishes. And these are very favorite food for people. Moreover the price is not too high. It doesn't take much time to make lachchi, it is ready as soon as I sit down with the order.

But yes, the taste of lachchi is not the same everywhere, because it may taste more or less due to the use of some extra ingredients. However, in the shop where I was sitting, the quality of their lachchi was quite good and the environment was relatively good. All in all, the shop seemed quite standard to me.
