¡Exquisito Queso Tipo Ricotta!

  • Ingredientes:

Before presenting My Family Recipe, I want to tell you a little about the benefits of goat's milk.

It is high in minerals and vitamins!

Consuming it will give you a good dose of the minerals and vitamins that your body needs. It contains 33% of your recommended daily value of calcium, as well as large amounts of magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, zinc and selenium. It is also a great source of vitamins A, C, D and B2 or Riboflavin.

Goat's milk compared to cow's milk has almost the same amount of protein, fat, iron, vitamin C and D. Goat's milk contains more vitamins A and B and lower lactose content.

Similarity to Breast milk!

Goat's milk proteins, being similar to breast milk, are more easily digested.

My little Mathías's pediatrician has advised me that 40 percent of children allergic to cow's milk tolerate goat's milk perfectly. In general terms, people who have hypersensitivity, intolerance, irritable bowel and even liver and heart disease, have an excellent alternative for their nutrition in goat's milk.

Exquisite Ricotta Type Cheese!

  • Ingredients:

2 liters of goat milk

We have placed our lemons in warm water to loosen them a bit, since they do not have much sumo

Procedure:

  • We leave the milk for three to four days in the fridge to begin its fermentation process.

  • After three days we bring the milk to a simmer to heat; turn off just as it begins to boil.

When you notice that it starts to bubble up, you can turn it off.

  • Once we turn it off, immediately add the vinegar or lemon juice; and let it rest for an hour.

  • Then proceed to strain, removing the excess water, and you can see the cheese down in the pot.

Infinite blessings to you @naturalmedicine 🙏.
Thank you so much for adding my content to the Lotus Garden newsletter. It is truly an honor💖
This is how my recipe is extremely simple, you just have to have a little patience to get an excellent final result.
It is an excellent cheese for sweets, for example here we make bread stuffed with guava and our familiar ricotta cheese.
That cheese also tastes delicious with a touch of honey on some cookies or bread.😍

Wow is it really that easy? Hahah that’s awesome! I absolutely love ricotta cheese, it’s one of my favorites! It’s a lean cheese as well so it’s easy to eat and digest. I wonder if I can convince my wife to give this a try with me lol she’s not a big fan of making stuff ourselves that has a possibility of making the house smell so let’s see how this goes. Thanks for sharing!
