This is my newest Vlog and this my 5th Vlog so far. In this Vlog, I'll be showing a short video about the viand that I currently cooked. The viand that I will show to all of you is "Ginisang Puso Ng Saging with Sardines.

I know that one of the common relief goods the government and other NGO community has given to us this time of crisis is Sardines.

To have other option on how to make Sardines more special, I'll decide to cook it with Puso Ng Saging (Banana Blossom).

Ingredients:

  1. Puso Ng Saging ( Banana Blossom)
  2. Sardines
  3. Onion and Garlic
  4. Soy Sauce
  5. Salt and Seasonings
  6. Water

Procedure:

  1. Saute onion and garlic briefly.

  2. Then we put the Sardines.

  3. Let's add water and wait for it to boil.

  4. It's time to put the banana's heart.

  5. Season with salt and seasoning.

6.Cover the pan and wait for the banana heart to cook.

7.Take the lid off and see if it's cooked.

8.Make sure it's alright if you don't just add salt, depending on you.

I noticed that you sauteed the onions first, for me I sauteed the garlic, then onions, sardines and leave it for 5 minutes to fry and let the oil seeped-in and the taste of the spices, then put the coconut heart, before pouring the water and seasoning. Just the same your Banana Heart with Sardines Menu looks so yummy! Thanks for sharing @godlovermel25. I bet you are also a good cook 😉.
