Hola querida comunidad en esta nueva edición quiero mostrarle un postre que prepare super rápido
hice este postre simplemente porque tenias ganas de comer algo dulce pero, no tenia ingredientes para preparar uno mas extenso y prepare este pequeño flan de huevo y azúcar es fácil y se cocina en poco tiempo espero que les agrade empecemos.

Hello dear community in this new edition I want to show you a dessert that I prepared super fast.I made this dessert simply because I felt like eating something sweet but I didn't have the ingredients to prepare a more extensive one so I prepared this little egg and sugar flan, it's easy and it's cooked in a short time.

2 huevos. 150gr de azúcar.
2 eggs. 150gr sugar.

1- Se pone 100gr de azúcar a caramelizar en una bandeja o quesillera,luego se retira las claras de los 2 huevos y se ponen a batir a punto de nieve con un batidora a medida que se va batiendo se le agregan 3 cucharadas de azúcar se coloca en la mezcla en una quesillera y se pone a cocinar a baño de maría aproximadamente a 20min y listo para comer un rico postre.
