Estas albóndigas son super fáciles de hacer y es una manera divertida de para consumir los granos o legumbres ya que con casi cualquiera de estos podemos prepararlas con gran facilidad , en ocasión yo lo hice con unos garbanzos que tenia ya preparados.

These meatballs are super easy to make and it is a fun way to consume grains or legumes because with almost any of these we can prepare them with great ease, on occasion I did it with some chickpeas that I had already prepared.

Para esta receta utilice la pasta de garbanzo que simplemente fue triturar y/o procesar los garbanzos, un poco de pimentón , cebollín ,una cucharada de harina de maíz sal y una berenjena previamente ahumada, esto además de aportarle un sabor muy rico le da textura a la mezcla.

For this recipe I used the chickpea paste, which was simply to grind and/or process the chickpeas, a bit of paprika, chives, salt and a previously smoked eggplant, which in addition to providing a rich flavor gives texture to the mixture.

Mezclamos la pasta de garbanzo con los vegetales y luego vamos incorporando poco a poco la harina de maíz , hasta que la misma nos permita tener una masa moldeable.

Mix the chickpea paste with the vegetables and then add the corn flour little by little, until it allows us to have a moldable dough.

Ahora le damos forma de albóndiga según el tamaño que deseamos. Ralamente podríamos consumirla así mismo , pero puedes terminar de darle el ultimo toque bien sea en el sarten con un poco de aceite o en el horno y así quedan un poquito mas tostadas.

Now we shape the meatballs according to the size we want. We could eat it just like that, but you can finish the last touch either in the pan with a little oil or in the oven and so they are a little more toasted.
