Hola amigos de Hivers ¿Cómo están? espero que muy bien y que estén listos para preparar unos ricos esponjositos en sarten super fáciles de hacer, deliciosos y con muy pocos ingredientes ¿Están listos? yo si así que manos a la obra.

Ingredientes / ingredients:

  • 1 Huevo.
  • 2 Cucharadas de harina de trigo.
  • 1 Cucharada de agua.
  • 1 Cucharada de aceite.
  • 1 Cucharilla de Vainilla.
  • 4 cucharadas de Azúcar.
  • 1 Egg.
  • 2 Spoonfuls of wheat flour.
  • 1 Spoonful of water.
  • 1 Spoonful of oil.
  • 1 Spoonful of Vanilla.
  • 4 Spoonfuls of Sugar.

Preparación / Preparation:

En un 2 recipientes vamos a separar la yema de la clara.

In 2 containers we will separate the yolk from the white.

Ya que separamos la clara de la yema, ahora a la yema le vamos agregar 2 Cucharadas de harina de trigo, mas 1 Cucharada de aceite, mas 1 Cucharada de agua, y por ultimo 1 Cucharada de extracto de Vainilla, y batimos muy bien hasta que todo quede completamente incorporado.

Since we separated the white from the yolk, now to the yolk we are going to add 2 Spoonfuls of wheat flour, plus 1 Spoonful of oil, plus 1 Spoonful of water, and finally 1 Spoonful of Vanilla extract, and we beat very well until everything is completely incorporated.

Ya que terminamos con la yema ahora vamos con la clara, En un recipiente vamos añadir nuestra clara de huevo y con nuestra maquina batidora vamos a ir batiendo y cuando las claras vallan haciendo espuma le vamos añadir las 4 Cucharaditas de azúcar y vamos a batir como por 10 minutos hasta que quede como merengue.

Since we finished with the yolk now we go with the white, In a container we will add our egg white and with our mixer we will go beating and when the whites fence making foam we will add the 4 teaspoons of sugar and we will beat like 10 minutes until it is like meringue.

Y ya que nos quedo listo nuestro merengue, ahora se lo vamos ir añadiendo poco a poco a nuestra otra mezcla, y vamos ir batiendo en forma envolvente, y si quieren pueden dejar un poquito del merengue para la cubierta.

And since our meringue is ready, now we will add it little by little to our other mixture, and we will be beating in a wrapping way, and if you want you can leave a little bit of meringue for the cover.

Y ya que nuestra mezcla esta lista, en un sarten de cocina vamos agregar una gota de aceite y con una servilleta vamos esparcir todo el aceite el sarten, y ya una vez que hallamos cubierto todo nuestro sarten con aceite, vamos agregar nuestra masa en el sarten, y vamos volteando rápido por que se doran fácilmente.

And since our mixture is ready, we are going to add a drop of oil to a frying pan and with a napkin we are going to spread all the oil on the frying pan, and once we have covered all our frying pan with oil, we are going to add our dough to the frying pan, and we are going to turn it over quickly because it browns easily.

Y ya listos nuestros esponjositos podemos decorarlos con el merengue que nos quedo.
