My Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner In One Food

Hello dear..
I am so excited to write this post.
Its the first post about food that i write after awhile.
Other than that, its been such a long time since i eat this food too.
So the excitement is doubled up for me.
What is the food that i talked about?
Its porridge.
Its such a simple food right?
We can even find people that selling porridge very easily.
But since covid, its hard for me to buy food outside other than with delivery.
I never want to order porridge from delivery because the money that i spent is same like buying two portions of porridge if i go to the porridge stall by myself.
This time, i braced myself to go out because i cant hold it anymore.
There’re no food in my house, and i dont have breakfast and lunch yet at the time.
The clock was already showing its 2 pm.
Since i know that the portion is big for me, and then i decided to just have a whole porridge as my breakfast, lunch, and dinner altogether.

This is the place.
The name of the porridge is Bubur Ayam Djakarta Mamang.
Bubur ayam means chicken porridge.
Its located only 1,1 km from my house.
Very near from my house.
This Bubur ayam djakarta mamang is one of my most favorite porridge in town.
I took my friends to go there few times as breakfast and all of my friends that i took there love it so much.
So i think that this place is legit good.

Bubur Ayam Djakarta Mamang has some tables and chair there but its not a lot and i think thag its mostly for people that wants to wait till their porridge finish.
Porridge usually eaten at breakfast and most people would prefer to eat breakfast in their home or in their office.
So most of the time, people that buying porridge will have the takeaway rather than eating there.
But I personally eat here before the pandemic hits, this place have more tables and chair before.
And the place is bigger too.
Now they make it smaller, maybe because its pandemic and not many people eat there.

This is when the owner prepare my food.
Like in any other place near the street like this, its not totally hygienic.
The owner doesnt wear mask, and he doesnt wear gloves all the time.
But i just hope that it will be alright and me and everyone will always be healthy.

This is what i ordered.
I got two.
One for myself and one for my father.
When i went out my father said that he wants the porridge too.
As we can see, other than the porridge itself, there were the soup, the chili, and the crackers.
Its all for us to customize our porridge.
For the price, its 12.000 idr per portion and 5.000 for the duck egg.

Its a normal porridge.

This is my porridge.
As we can see, its different compared to the first one that i got for my father’s right?
The reason is because i dont like chicken, so i asked the owner to put the portion chicken of my porridge to my father’s.
That is why mine look way more empty.
And other differences are, i got duck egg .
Rather than chicken, i love egg more.
And this time i choose to eat duck egg and not chicken egg because duck egg is more savory and salty.

As usual, its really nice.
I am so satisfied.
