Rich dinner for my children
For these empanadas I used
Cheese
flour, Water, salt and sugar to taste
oil
You knead the flour very well without it getting stuck
a few well washed bags to crush the dough
you put cheese to your liking
When you have about 3 armed empanas, place in a pan to heat the oil very well, so you will not be in a hurry that the oil is burning while you assemble the empanadas.
Above all, you cannot lack the courage and the desire so that they can be very tasty.
Las empanadas de queso son la comida preferida de mis hijos, me gusta hacerlas de noche, ya que yo en lo personal me tomó mi tiempo para tener todos los ingredientes en la mano y realizarlas con calma.
Para estas empanadas usé
Queso
harina, agua, sal y azúcar al gusto
aceite
Amasas la harina muy bien sin que quede empelotada
unas bolsas bien lavadas para aplastar la masa
le colocas queso a tu gusto
Cuando tengas unas 3 empanas armadas coloca en un salten a calentar el aceite muy bien, así no estarás apurada que se te está quemando el aceite mientras armas las empanadas.
Sobre todo no puede falta el ánimo y las ganas para que puedan quedar bien sabrosas.
