Feliz domingo mis panitas de hive en esta ocasión le vengo a presentar la preparación de una rica sopa de pescado salado este es un rico plato donde el ingrediente principal es el pescado salado, es una sopa muy nutritiva rica en vitaminas, proteínas Omega 3 y minerales además de verduras qué son necesarios para el buen funcionamiento de la salud, paso a paso le explicaré la preparación. Es oportuno recomendarles las personas que sufren de enfermedad cardiaca no se les recomienda que pueden consumirla por su contenido de sal, es por eso que esta sopa no es conveniente tomarla con mucha frecuencia.

Preparación:
Primeramente iniciamos lavando el pescado para desalar un poco seguidamente pelamos y picamos las verduras en cubos medianos igualmente picar los aliños antes nombrados de igual manera cómo triturar el ajo, picar los ají dulce, el cebollín en trozos pequeños y la cebolla lo hacemos en ruedas mediana luego debemos montar una olla grande al fuego agregarle más de la mitad de agua hasta hervir primeramente debemos colocar las yucas luego las demás verduras con los aliños ponerle sal al gusto un chorrito de aceite y cuando ya esté en su proceso de cocción por último debemos echar el pescado exprimirle un limón y dejar al fuego por 15 minutos.

Interesante preparación esta sopa, de seguro el sabor es diferente, ya que la carne de pescado salado cambia ligeramente el gusto. Una forma distinta de hacer una sopa de pescado. Saludos.

Hello @elgatoshawua. What a lovely fish recipe. I love soup. I've not had fish soup in a long time. You mention that it is very salty. I'm glad you mentioned it. I have HBP, so it's not for me. I need low-sodium or no salt recipes.
