Buenas tardes mis manitas de hive en esta oportunidad les traigo una receta algo diferente como es una pasta en salsa de jengibre, el jengibre es una raíz con con muchos beneficios especialmente en el área de la cocina está nos proporciona a la comida un toque con sabor algo picante y además de un agradable aroma, los invito a preparar esta rica salsa espero que la disfruten.

Ingredientes:
1/2 pasta
1 kilo de pescado
1 tomate grande
1 cebolla
10 ají dulces
Jengibre
Aceite, orégano, sal, color y cúbito.

Ingredients:

Preparación:
Primeramente procedemos a picar en cubitos pequeños los aliños antes mencionado luego lo colocamos en una olla precalentada con su chorrito de aceite lo ponemos a sofreír rayamos poco de jengibre le agregamos el color el cúbito El orégano, la sal al gusto y le agregamos una tácita de agua y dejar los pruebe tapamos con un tiempo de 5 minutos y luego pagamos.

Para la pasta precalentamos una olla con un poco más de la mitad de agua se le agrega sal al gusto chorrito de aceite y echamos el medio kilo de pasta revolver y a pagar cuando ya la pasta esté aldente.

Para el pescado colocamos un sartén con suficiente aceite precalentado a tu estado se le coloca sal al gusto y se pone a freír volteamos y sacamos cuando ya esté doradito para luego proceder a servir delicioso plato para almorzar, quedando así como muestran las fotos.

For the fish we place a frying pan with enough oil preheated to your state, add salt to taste and put it to fry, turn over and remove when it is golden brown and then proceed to serve delicious dish for lunch as shown in the photos.
