Hola muy buenas noches mi bella comunidad, hoy vengo a compartir con un ustedes una receta riquísima, y fácil de hacer, les presento el Gordon Blue.
Hello, good evening my beautiful community, today I come to share with you a delicious recipe, and easy to make, I present the Gordon Blue.
Ingredientes:
Una pechuga de pollo
Jamón
Queso
huevo
Harina de trigo
Pan rayado o harina de maíz
Sal
Pimienta
Salsa de ajo
Poquita mostaza
Orégano
Ingredients:
A chicken breast
Ham
Cheese
egg
Wheat flour
Striped bread or cornmeal
Salt
Pepper
Garlic sauce
Little mustard
Oregano
Preparación:
Cortamos la pechuga en lonjas con un grueso considerable para poder pisarlo con un rodillo y que quede como una telita y se pueda enrollar.
Preparation:
We cut the breast into slices with a considerable thickness to be able to step on it with a roller and that it remains like a little cloth and can be rolled.
Luego la salpimentamos y le agregamos todos los condimentos y la dejamos marinar por 10 minutos. (pueden utilizar los condimentos que tengan en casa)
Seguidamente le vamos agregando una tira de queso, (puede ser queso amarillo, o mozzarella), y una de jamón.
Next we are adding a cheese strip, (it can be yellow cheese, or mozzarella), and one of ham.
Luego lo enrollamos, y lo llevamos a empanizar, lo pasamos primero por harina de trigo, luego por huevo y después por el pan rallado (o la harina de maíz), y asi sucesivamente hasta obtener una capa gruesa.
Then we roll it up, and we take it to bread, we pass it first in wheat flour, then in egg and then in breadcrumbs (or corn flour), and so on until a thick layer is obtained.
Para finalizar lo llevamos a freír hasta dorar.
To finish we take it to fry until golden.
Y listo los Gordon blue, excelentes para acompañarlos con arroz o arepitas y ensalada, un almuerzo perfecto . Espero les guste mi post y se animen a prepararlo.
