Yummy! What is with the coconut? I think I would love to try that one out! What does the Panda cake taste like? Does it also have coconut in it?

Pandan (oh my I spelled it as panda, haha), is a kind of plant which we use the leaves for cooking.
Gives the food the green color and a fragrance.
I think we have many traditional malay style kueh (cake) that has grated coconut (usually cooked with sugar to make it sweet or mixed with sugar) as filling.
I did a bit of research to find the name of that KUIH KETAYAP (SWEET COCONUT CREPE) so I can share the recipe I found and cut and paste this same reply. 😎
