I am curios about the taste, is it similar to the bought one or there are a differences?
Long ago I was about to make homemade mozzarella (adore it), but never was "brave enough" to get myself into, I might screw something (even that process of making seemed so easy)😂

you should absolutely try it. You can rest assured that there will be no difference. because I guess what we use is no different from that. 🧀😁
