Los ingredientes que necesitamos son los siguientes:

• 400 gr de harina de trigo.

• media taza de agua.

• 11 gr de levadura.

• 50 gr de mantequilla.

• sal.

• azúcar.

• salsa de tomate.

• orégano.

• queso.

• jamón.

• cebolla.

• 11 gr of yeast.

• 50 gr of butter.

• Salt.

• sugar.

• tomato sauce.

• oregano.

• cheese.

• Ham.

• onion.

Calentamos la media taza de agua pero no demasiado, y agregamos la levadura, y la azúcar.

• We heat the half cup of water but not too much, and add the yeast and sugar.

También vamos a agregar un poco de harina de trigo y vamos a dejar reposar un rato mientras la levadura se activa.

• We are also going to add a little wheat flour and we are going to let it rest for a while while the yeast is activated.

Ahora vamos a calentar un poco de aceite y vamos a cocinar la cebolla que picamos en pequeños trozos.

Luego vamos a agregar la salsa de tomate, si esta muy espesa le vamos a agregarcun poco de agua y vamos a cocinar un rato.

Ahora a está salsa le vamos a agregar orégano. Yo le agregue bastante, me gusta mucho.

Ya nuestra levadura está lista para ser usada.

A la harina le agregamos la sal y mezclamos bien y ahora vamos a agregar la levadura.

También agregamos la mantequilla y amasamos bien y dejamos reposar por 20 minutos.

• We also add the butter and knead well and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Así luce nuestra masa cuando la dejamos reposar y aumentar de tamaño.

Estiramos la masa en un rectangulo. Yo no la estire tan fina.

Ahora a nuestra masa le vamos a agregar la salsa.

Yo le puse bastante queso a la masa.

• I put a lot of cheese on the dough.

Ahora coloco el jamón. Yo no puse tantos ingredientes pero tu puedes poner los que mas te gusten.

• Now I place the ham. I did not put so many ingredients but you can put the ones you like the most.

Luego enrollamos la masa y cortamos los roles y los colocamos en una bandeja y los llevamos al horno.

Así lucen cuando están listos.
