Stay-At-Home Food: My Favourite Yam Paste
In the older days, we were only able to taste yam paste during Chinese wedding feast.
In this modern age, it is available at my local supermarket and I simply need to heat it up using a microwave.
It was terrible being locked at home during Covid-19 so food is one of the best comfort for me.
I enjoyed this Yam Paste but it was hard to get as it went out of stock very quickly during this time when everyone is eating at home.
The Yam Paste tasted sweet with a fragrant of coconut milk in it.

I actually cannot think of yam paste at Chinese weddings. Are you referring to the desserts at the end of the dish most of the time?
Yes. It is usually the last dish as dessert.
