tasty raisin cookies

in Foodies Bee Hivelast month

greetings to all of this community of @foodiesbeehive in #hive

here again today with a sweet post, in this case some delicious raisin cookies that you can make with few ingredients
to make them first have the following ingredients on hand:

-500g self-rising flour
-1 teaspoon of baking powder, but still not necessary we have already tried it before
-200g white sugar
-half a cup of vegetable oil (in this case it does not contain margarine) with oil are much better
-a teaspoon of salt
-1 egg
-little water (see until it doesn't stick to the hands)

all the ingredients are mixed, starting first with the dry ones and then the liquids together with the raisins, knead until it does not stick to the hands so you will add water if necessary, add it little by little, not directly

having it ready will look like this like this
once ready take it to the fridge for about half an hour

After half an hour in the fridge, take it out and make the shapes you want of these cookies, in our case we made them like this
and we take them to an electric oven for approximately 20 min

in the same way, when they are golden, it is time to remove them from the oven

The cookies are ready, let them cool and eat, as you can see, it takes few materials and you can make them at any time
I hope you liked this quick recipe, soon more
