Todays Dinner! Rich and Greens. Easy!

Hey Hivers!

Today I made some fairly simple since I have been on the public transportation for some hours an I wanted to make something simple which would take long time.

Here’s what I used:

300g Frozen mix Greens - Get your Greens in kids!
250g Mushrooms - Get that Selenium!
100g Rice - Filling
10 Cherry Tomato - Adds some sweetness
3-7g Nutritional Yeast - Cheesey like flavour or just umami flavour

The Sauce:

1 tps of Mustard
2 tps of Vegan Mayo
1 tps of Soya
½ tps of MapleSyrup

My sauce is fairly simple, but tasty. Mixed together and dress that bitch up!

Instructions:

First thing I did was pour some hot water other my frozen greens to thraw them out a bit and afterwards I added them to a hot pan without any oil.
While the roast/thraw out completely I added spices. I added black pepper, salt and basil after a 2 mins or so, I added the mushrooms and let it all mix together while stiring now and then.

I then add my rice to a pot for them to cook. I have previews made my own veggie stock and used that, it was so rich in flavour!
The "bread" was quickly just warm in the ovn.

When everything was done I added some sauce and nutritional yeast!

Cost???
Good question.

Frozen Greens ~ 0,79$
Mushrooms ~ 1,11$
Cherry Tomato ~ 1,11$
Rice ~ 0,32$

Approx Total Cost: 3.33$
This is without the sauce and without the "bread". I simple don't know the price and I got them from my mom :p
