Seitan slices - First time I have try seitan!

Hey Foodies!
So I found seitan in the supermarket and wanted to try it. So I did :D Its interesting. I am not even sure I made it correct xD

Here’s what I use:

Seitan.
Veggie mix.
Red Lentils.

I mean. Cook the Red Lentils and roast the veggies.
Not sure how to cook the Seitan, I just put it on the pan with spice and waited :D
